Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers fixed-price services bought from Rinisha Web Services ("Rinisha", "we", "us"), including the Shopify optimization Health & AI Audit, 48-Hour Speed Overhaul and Speed, Trust & AI-Visibility Pack. Custom engagements follow the refund terms written into their individual proposal.

1. Cancelling before we start

You can cancel any order for a full refund at any time before we begin work on your store. Work begins when you approve our Shopify collaborator access request. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email us with your payment ID.

2. Health & AI Audit (₹499)

• If we don't deliver your audit within 48 hours of receiving store access, you can ask for a full refund.
• Once the audit video and report are delivered, the fee is non-refundable, because the work is complete and specific to your store.
• The ₹499 is credited in full toward the Speed Overhaul or the Full Pack if you upgrade within 7 days of delivery. The credit can't be exchanged for cash.

3. The "Under 2 Seconds or It's Free" guarantee

This applies to the 48-Hour Speed Overhaul (₹2,999) and the Speed, Trust & AI-Visibility Pack (₹6,999).

• If we can't bring your store's Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) under 2 seconds, as measured on GTmetrix for the pages agreed in your audit, you get a full refund of the amount you paid.
• You keep every improvement we made.
• If an app or feature you choose to keep makes 2 seconds impossible, we tell you in writing before you pay for the fix. We then agree a realistic target with you, and the guarantee applies to that target.
• Claims must be made within 7 days of the work going live.

4. If you're not happy with the work

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. We'll fix anything that doesn't match what was described on the sales page, at no cost. Nothing goes live on your store until you approve the preview, and your original theme stays saved so you can switch back with one click.

5. What isn't refundable

• Sales, revenue or ad results. These depend on your products, pricing, traffic and many other factors outside our control, so we don't guarantee them.
• Delays caused by missing access, or by waiting on approvals or information from you.
• Third-party costs, such as paid apps or theme licences you buy.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days to your original payment method through Instamojo. Your bank or UPI app usually shows the money within 5–7 working days after that. Payments for these services are collected and invoiced by Kots Trend (GSTIN 32AIEPP2670H1ZE), the GST-registered business that operates Rinisha. If a GST invoice was issued, we'll issue a matching credit note.
